My rambling thoughts

Monday, I was on my way to Jack's house and Karen called to tell me they were sick. Yeah for us, because I had soooo much to do. I have everything done on my things to do list!!!

Monday afternoon, school had a wedding shower for Kristen. The boys and I went; the boys were extremely hyper! Needless to say we did not stay long.
I had to redo the icing once we got there because Michael jumped into the front seat of the car to see his caterpillars and his foot hit the lid into the cake. By the way, all of Michael's little friends didn't make it. Are you surprised???

That night we took my grandpa Barot out for dinner to Cracker Barrel. The boys again were VERY hyper and Wesley has been having a problem with his allergies. He has a rash on his leg threw up on the way to cracker barrel. I don't know what it is about my boys and throwing up! Michael with his Larynx problem (which was suppose to go away before he was one) and Wesley is suffering from allergies.

Here are my deals from Kroger's for this week so far!!

P&G and Kroger's has this cool new thing were you can upload coupons to your Kroger card. There is also another place to go too. Anyways, I loaded my coupons and they also except manufactures coupons too.
1. The wisk I had a coupon on my card for $1.50 off and I also gave them a $1.50 coupon which means I got it for .49 cents.
2. The tampons, I had a coupon on my card by one get one free and I had two .50 cent coupons that double to $2.00 off, I got both of them for $1.99.
3. They had a deal you buy $20.00 in Huggies and you get $4.00 off instantly. I bought 2 packages of diapers and a thing of wipes. My total was 20.49-4.00= 16.49-my coupons $4.00= total 12.49 for two packages of diapers and wipes.
4. Herbal Essence gel spray-I had a coupon on my card by one get one free and I had two $1.00 off coupons. They were 2.49-2.00 off coupon I got both of them for .49 cents.
5. I now have ten rolls of Bounty Basic Paper towels. They are on sale for 88 cents. I had .25 cent coupon which doubled to .50 cents. 88-50=38 cents.
6. The noodles were 1.00 and I had .50 cents which doubled to a 1.00 I got those for FREE!!!!

I got some other good deals!

My grandpa sent home some flowers with me and a tomato plant. Thanks Grandpa!!! I LOVE flowers.

I want to know his secret! The pot of the left; he sent the plants in special containers with a special mix of dirt and stuff. The one on the right came straight from the store container. Can you see the difference?



Sara (my mother-in-law) this picture is for you!!! About a month ago, as I was taking the trash to the curb; I looked in the two trash cans and realized there was alot of stuff in there that could be recycled. So, for the past three weeks, I have been recycling. Every Thursday night when I take the trash to the curb; the recycling bin is FULL and OVERFLOWING.
