Pincic Disaster!!

There is this park that we passed a lot. Michael is all the time asking if we can stop to "pet the geese" and walk on the bridge. My reply has always been, "when it warms up." Today, the car read 70 degrees. We have been cooped up in the house all winter I was ready for some fresh air. We went through the drive thru of McDonald's and headed to the park. I pull in and told the boys to pick out a picnic table while I got Wesley ready with the stroller. I hastroler wasn't even out of the car yet when I hear Michael sobbing. I look over and only saw one foot; the other one was stuck in the mud. I go and pull him out and sit him on the picnic table. I get Wesley ready and we met them. Of course they picked the one farthest away from the car and buildings with the wind was blowing like crazy. I told them we should probably move closer to the building to block the wind. BAD IDEA!!! The wheels on the stroller kept getting buried in the mud. ALL of us where muddy!! It took us a while to get over to the other picnic table; but we made it with people in their cars watching us. I am sure they were getting a kick out of the sight we made!! After lunch, the boys enjoyed feeding the ducks and walking over the bridge. We had a race; it help with getting a lot of mud off of our shoes and stroller before heading home for a nap. That was our adventure for the day!!

We also made it to CVS. I got Tide, 2 Pantene ProV shampoos, 2 Febreeze Noticables, 2 Gillete razors for Duane, 3 bags of Kisses, 2 bottles of Crest Night Time mouthwash. My bill was around $64.00 and after coupons I paid .96 cents. Plus I got back $13.98 in Extra Care Bucks to use on my next purchase.
