Wesley is 1 today!!!

Wesley will be officially one at 6:05 tonight. He would of been here 12 hours earlier if the doctor knew what she was doing. LOL The doctor I LOVE (he is a Christian) found the problem and an hour late he was here!!! Yeah!!! You can check out the very first blog I did. It was on our new addition. Wow!! How time flies!!

Here is a picture of him sleeping-this is the way he came out. He has a birthmark on his right arm from it. They actually thought they broke his arm.

We celebrated his birthday Saturday. Michael and I treated him to Starbucks for a muffin. :>) It was Michael's idea, I asked him what we should make special for Wesley for breakfast and Michael said "the muffin place, mommy." Coffee sounded good to me, so off we went. My boys love their Cranberry Orange Muffins. We go by one on the way to Jack's house and Michael is always begging to stop. The nice/bad thing is; it has a drive-thru. That is to convenient and tempting for me!!!


Once we were finished with our muffins. We went back home and picked up Duane to go to the Children's Museum. We always like to take them somewhere special for their birthdays. So, we picked the Children's Museum.; which is an all time favorite of theirs. This was Duane's first time to go with us and unfortunately I left the camera in the car. So, I don't have any pictures. Bummer!!!

I knew more family members would be able to make his birthday party if it was on Saturday. Too bad I didn't have it today! The weather is gorgeous!! We could of had his birthday bash outside instead of inside because it was in the 40's Saturday.

This was a cupcake-cake. No knives involved! All you had to do was grab a piece. It was like a puzzle putting it together to decorate. If you can't tell it is a dinosaur and NOT Barney!!

Just a fast chocolate cake to make sure there was enough for everyone.

Wesley woke him up and stole his drink. Wesley loves climbing up in Michael's bed and waking him up. Michael is a huge sleeper and hates to be woken up.

I am such a wicked mother. :) I took my child to the doctor today for his shots-on his birthday-can you believe it? He is 50% on Head and height and 25-50% on weight. The best part of toady's visit is they are not going to have to do surgery!!!! His hydrolysis (spelling???) are gone!!! Yeah!!!!

Michael of course had to get weighed and measured today too. Drum-Roll

please...He is now 50% in weight and almost height. I was not expecting that! He has been complaining at night about his legs hurting. I always teased him they were growing pains. Hey, it looks like they might of been.

Tonight, Sarah invited us over for a Philippine dinner her mom is making sounds good!!!
