Busy Week!

Day out with Thomas

This was a crazy-busy week! Sunday we went to see the fireworks with some friends and family. Michael loved the "firetrucks" (that what he called the fireworks. But the grand finally really scared him with the big booms. So we started walking towards the car.

Sara (my mother-n-law) came and stayed the night with us. She came up for Oscar's funeral. The boys loved seeing her! She left Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning Michael was going around the house, "Mimi M&M's, Mi Mi M&M's." I think he finally figured out that she was not with us any more.
Thursday, I called my faithful nurse-Shane for some advise. Wes had/has big bumps on his legs and the back of his head. They were there for a day and a half and they started ouzing. Shane advised me to take him to the doctor. I feel like we live at the doctors office and I was hoping not to have to make ANOTHER trip. Needless to say, I am glad I took his advise! Wesley had a skin infection and bronchitis (which I thought was the seasonal allergies). Poor guy! He is a trooper! He hasn't acted like anything bothered him. They put him on antibotics for a week, which means I have to change a dirty diaper very hour. I can't wait for Thurday to be over with the antibotics! His legs look alot better and he is NOT contagious!!!
Thursday night we picked up Jack we have him for six nights. He is alot of fun! Thursday night Mark and Sarah invited us over for General Tso's and arousing game of balderdash. I was determined to beat Mary and Swigs. But I think Sarah and I tied for last. We had a great time with great food and friends/family. Jack and Michael watched Power Rangers. During the movie, they would stand up and try out their new moves. They were funny to watch.

Friday, after Duane got home we took the kids to Chuck-E-Cheese.
Saturday, Sarah and I took the kids to "A Day out with Thomas." It was a lot of fun to ride on Thomas the train. Afterwards, they had a lot of activities to do with the kids. Check out the pics to see what all they could do. I highly recommend this activity if you have boys. It comes every year. They are also having it next weekend. Saturday night, Michael went over to my parents house for a little while and we went with Mark and Sarah to Chipotles and back to our house for games.

Today is Sunday and we are relaxing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tomorrow starts another crazy week for the Heintzelman household. Tomorrow night we are going over to Robert and Shannon's.

All yeah, Wesley is starting to sit up on his own now. Michael has still not givin up on the diapers. We are putting that on hold. He does go faithfully every moring until 2:00 and then after 2:00 he could care less. I guess we have half of the day accomplished. Wesley will be five months on the fifteenth and Michael will be 2 in exactly on month tomorrow. Wow! How time flies!!

Cool pics. Sounds like your week was extra hectic. That seems like that is how it is at our house all the time. No time to relax.
