Crazy week!!

Today is the day of the wedding. All of the work that we have put in and going to finally come to an end! I started making the cakes on Wednesday and this is the first time I actually had to redo a cake three times. One of the layers either cracked or slid off. Hopefully today it goes up with no problem. They are having an outdoor wedding and they want the cake outside. So, ten minutes before the cake ceremony, Duane and my brother Robert is going to bring it out. I am worried we are going to have an avalanche of a cake. This morning I had to run around and find some Gerber daisies; because they messed up our flower order. Poor Mark and Sarah, Thursday there was four BIG mistakes. I think they are taken care of now but then it was bad! The first one was the flower order was messed up. The second one was they sent round tables instead of rectangle, third the cream cheese for the cheese balls were spoiled and the fourth the cake kept having issues. Everything is fixed now and ready to go.

We are going to get our nails done at 10:00 and I have to be there at noon to put the cake together and my friend Dana is coming at 2:00 to fix our hair. What a busy day!!!!!!!!!!!
